Happy Saturday!  I always feel like I have to start every blog post with a happy something but there's never anything exciting to say!  So Happy Saturday!  Today we went to Devil's Lake!  Mom made pancakes for breakfast because Julia wanted to try them and then we started on our journey at 9 am!  We got to the park around 11ish or something...I'm not really sure.  There were sooooo many bug things flying around us while we walked to the hiking trail it was ridiculous!!!  We couldn't open our mouths or else they would fly in and they were swarming Mom's coat so that it was covered!  It was pretty gross.  Also, to get to Devil's Lake, we took a ferry which is pictured here:

But before that we went to the bathroom which was like a toilet that led to a hole and Julia was scarred from both the bathroom and the bug experience hahaha :)  It was really funny :)  But she survived both experiences!  And both pictures above are very awkward haha :)  In the POD we have an awkward distance between us which we realized after we took the picture and in the ferry picture I look awkward so we retook them but the other two weren't that great either so I went with this one!  Anyway, we hiked to the top of the mountain/hills around Devil's Lake which looks something like this:

How beautiful!  This picture was taken before we got to the top so it's not of the whole lake but that's okay!  After we climbed to the top and went back down, we decided to stop for ice cream and then we drove to Lake Geneva to eat at Popeye's! (Not the fast food chain)  We were just all over Wisconsin today!  Also, you may have noticed that we are wearing the same shoes so of course I took a picture of that too :) :

Try to guess who's who!!!  Then we came home and I did homework for a little bit and then we decided to watch How to Train Your Dragon which is still as good as the first time I watched it!  I always forget how funny that movie is and how much the main dragon looks like Jersey :)  If you haven't seen it before, I definitely recommend it to anyone!!!  Now I'm going to bed and I'm going to sleep in and I'm going to like it!!

Happy Friday the 13th!!  I hope your day wasn't cursed at all!!!  My day was pretty tiresome because we got home so late from the Opera House last night and then I had to finish my homework.  Julia and the Germans were in Chicago today so her day was also very tiresome!!!  In English we did the book spine poetry again and I made a legit one this time instead of the funny one we made up last time :)  Here's the one I created and Mrs. Van even gave her approval!  Yay!:

It's kind of cheesy but I like it because education makes minds grow!!  AWWW!!!  Anyway, there were some other hilarious ones that people created like there was one about prostitution hahaha and Collin kept wanting to add the book Bad Kitty to the end of all the poems :)  So first period was pretty laid back.  By the end of the day I was OUT OF IT!  I seriously gave up in the middle of the math thing we were doing today and I feel bad because I just checked out on Cari and she was doing everything...sorry Cari!  But then I got to go home!!!  I ended up starting and finishing a paper I had been putting off for months and it's a piece of crap but that's okay because I don't think I could make it any better!  Then I went to tumbling and did pretty bad there and when I came home I saw Julia for the first time today haha :)  We had soup for dinner and then I decided to have crackers and nutella and then we decided to have bananas and nutella together and it was the first time I tried it so I took a picture of her showing me how to apply the nutella :) :

Yay! Haha :)  Then we decided to watch a movie as a family and we picked out Ratatouille which I love but I fell asleep during this watching which was sad :(  But I was just so tired!  Now I'm off to bed!  Ta ta for now!

Hello there!  Today was a pretty normal day which was okay!  I like Thursdays because that means I'm not doing anything after school!  Yay!  I'm getting frustrated with my teachers though because we've only started reviewing for AP tests in one class so far and it's the one class that I don't think I'm going to do very well on the AP test anyway!  But anyway, today at around 8ish, Mom, Dad, Julia, and I went to the Opera House to watch a dress rehearsal of Annie Get Your Gun.  Mom knew a person who was in the play and he was able to get us in to watch the dress rehearsal which is free!  There were a few other people there so it was really nice not having a lot of people!  The show was good and funny and there was a guy from the Wedding Singer play we watched a couple weeks ago in this play too!!  It's crazy how fast people learn their lines!!  We weren't allowed to take pictures in the Opera House so instead I just took a picture of the Opera House :)  It ended at 10:30ish and then we all headed home and went to sleep.  Except I had to finish my homework haha :)  But that's all!  If you live in my town, I recommend you to go see this show!!!

Today was a late start so my day was already a billion times better than yesterday!!!!!  During homeroom today, we had a senior assembly thing where they talked to us about different stuff and it was pretty boring and then we got to start the rest of the day.  Julia got to come with me the first three periods and then she got to go to the fire brigade!! haha She said it was boring and the guy talked too much :)  In study hall, they're currently testing but the librarian said I could stay there if there was absolutely no talking but Julia and I broke the rules and talked anyways haha oops :)  We whispered though so it's aight.  Then my day was pretty normal.  After school there was an NHS meeting which was my last one ever!  That means school's ending, friends!  Dad made grilled cheese for dinner and I had to head off to tumbling.  Wendy was sub-coaching tonight and she distracted me when I walked off the mat so I twisted my ankle tonight haha  It feels okay but I think it might hurt tomorrow :)  Tonight, Jersey was looking extra cute while Julia was petting her so I took a lot of pictures but most of them were dark so here is the best one I took awwww :D

So there is a reason this bagel is on graph paper and I took a picture of it....I'll start off by saying I had an okay day today.  For some unknown reason I kept getting really angry at random times and felt really annoyed with people but then I would calm down but then it would start up again later.  Gahh, I don't really know what happened...?  So anyway, after school, Julia decided to stay after to go to a softball game but I went home because I had a lot of homework that I have been putting off.  Today was a special day because I never do my math homework at home but I did today!!  Hence the bagel on graph paper!  This is actually a test he handed out but it was a take home test and we had to find household objects that we could use the washer method on and I chose the bagel.  I was actually pretty productive with my test except I ran into a problem for this particular problem because I couldn't solve for x....Then I also did my other math worksheet!  I was so proud of myself!!  Then I pretended to work on an essay but in reality I still skipped over it haha :)  Then I had to go pick Julia up from school.  She ended up getting really cold watching the game so she only saw a little bit of it hahaha :)  It was really windy out today and since I go to school in the middle of cornfields, that just makes it worse!  We had ham and potatoes for dinner and then I went to dance and Mom and Julia drove me because they were going shopping!  And Julia bought stuff from Old Navy because it's the cutest store ever!!!  That's pretty much my day.  Tomorrow's a late start!  Hoorah!

HAPPY 100TH BLOG E'REBODY!!!!!  If you've been here since number 1 then I salute you!!!  Thanks for reading, friends :)  So today Julia came with me to school and followed me to most of my classes except for the super boring ones so that's okay!  We watched our psych video in psych today and it was super awkward and then other people performed skits that were more awkward than ours so it's all good :)  All I'll say is that there was a Freud skit and I took a picture but it was highly inappropriate :)  Then the rest of the day was pretty normal!  When we got home, Julia and I just talked until dinner happened and then we ate and talked some more.  Then Mom and Dad went to Mindy's house but I stayed home to do homework.  I didn't do any homework and instead Julia and I talked and then watched Kelley's YouTube videos and then we talked some more and more and more haha :)  She kept saying she needed to take a shower and at one point she helped me learn a smidgeon of German and then she was looking up certain English words on her ipod.  I needed a picture so I took this one and she hid behind her ipod so that's how this happened :)  It was a pretty great/unproductive day haha :)

Happy Easter!!  Today we went over to my auntie's house for brunch!  I decided to wear the dressy I bought on Friday when we went to the mall!  Isn't it so cute?!?  Yesterday, Mom dressed the goose up in Easter attire so I took a picture of it today! :

I showed Matt a picture of it because he loves it and he especially loved this one too! ;)  hahaha  Also, Julia brought a box of Easter candy from Germany with her and she gave it to us today!  It was really good!  There was also a bow hiding somewhere in the box so I decided to attach it to Jersey to make her look more feminine and Eastery!  Here's the cute pup:

Awwww :)  Her rolls are kind of covering the bow in the picture...:).  After the two above pictures happened, that's when we headed over to my aunt's house!  Jill made the most amazing potatoes in the world which was what my brunch mainly consisted of!  Then there were two casseroles, some fruit salad, some muffins, and other bread product things.  There was a point at brunch where more than half the table was playing DrawSomething but unfortunately I left my phone at home so I could not join in :(  All the cousins sat at the kids' table but we all agreed we like it there and that we hope it stays that way forever :)  Our family brought a lamb cake which was kind of creepy looking so here is a picture of that:

Then we decided to go outside to take cute pictures!!!  The POD was taken by a tree in Jill's backyard and then we also took some jumping pictures but most of them failed except for the first one we took which didn't even turn out that well either haha:

Yay!  I was afraid that my dress would simultaneously fly up and fall down so it was kind of scary haha :)  Then we took more pictures by the cornfield and just sat around and talked about stuff until it was time to leave.  Kelley and Kyle both went home today and I finished Invisible Man which was okay I guess but I kind of feel like it was a waste of my life...so, yeah.  But it's the number one most cited on the AP test so at least I have read it!  Now I'll try to go to bed I guess!
